  • Includes attendance to the poster and scientific sessions, coffee breaks, welcome  Coctail and social events. It doesn't include the GALA DINNER
  • Lunches are not included in the registration fee. However, the organisers offer meal tickets (buffet food) at Melia Hotel, that can be bought through the Online Form
  • For accompanying people, the registration fee includes: welcome cocktail and the social program.
  • Students are asked to send an official document from their university to justify their current enrolment.

RESERVE AND PAYMENT

Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations.
Registration must be done by filling the ONLINE FORM through the website www.bienal2017.com.
Full paymet is required for receive the confirmation receipt
The paymet must be made on Euros. Payment options as follows:
  • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to the bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
  • Credit Card Authorization form: you will automatically receive our credit card authorization form by email. Please fill out the form and mail or fax it to us.
  • Bank Transfer: Once you choose this method of payment, you will receive the necessary data from our bank account to make the payment.

CONFIRMATION RESERVE

Once payment is received. Grupo Pacifico will send to you the confirmation receipt. Please review the documentation carefully.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Cancellations received up to April 25th 2017, deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to May 25th 2017, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after May 26th 2017.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
